Established in 2020 and rooted in the expertise of Beauvallon (founded in 2013), Impulsa was created to redefine how companies approach financial, HR, and strategic management. Our integrated model empowers leaders to scale efficiently and operate with clarity at every stage of growth.
Backed by a team of 110 professionals, including 12 legal specialists in M&A, corporate, tax, and real estate, and 10 Certified Public Accountants, we help over 2000 clients grow with clarity through a fully integrated, tailored approach.

Founded by Maxime and Grégoire, and later joined by Jean-Baptiste, Romain, and Xavier, Impulsa has evolved into a multidisciplinary firm where accounting, advisory, and business strategy work hand in hand to support leaders with agility and precision.
